As a (Junior) Product Manager Back Office Development, you will operate at the intersection of product teams and operational departments, playing a key role in shaping and building the structure of their digital bank.

• Develop business and process concepts based on regulatory and operational requirements
• Work closely with the IT team, external partners, and management to implement new features
• Prepare user stories for the development team and test software before go-live
• Analyze APIs and data requirements from third-party systems for integration into the existing system architecture
• Identify opportunities for using AI and develop innovative use cases with relevant departments
• Continuously contribute your own ideas to improve products, processes, and systems

• A successfully completed university degree with a focus on IT (e.g., Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, Technical Business Administration)
• Initial work experience in (technical) product management is a plus
• Strong affinity for data, processes, and AI
• Excellent analytical skills and a structured, solution-oriented working style
• A hands-on mentality and a genuine enthusiasm for agile teamwork
• Very good German (written and spoken) and good English skills
