• Independently advise and support the customers on property insurance topics.
• Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction by providing fast and competent solutions to incoming inquiries.
• As an expert in your field, create individual and needs-based insurance offers.
• Take responsibility for maintaining the database and demonstrate comprehensive decision-making competence.
• Participate in projects in the field of customer consulting – your ideas are welcome!

• A successfully completed education as an Insurance Specialist, IHK Insurance Specialist, or Bank Clerk.
• Experience in customer consulting and in the insurance sector.
• A strong customer and service orientation, excellent communication skills, and a high level of initiative.
• Team spirit, commitment, reliability, and a structured way of working.
• Excellent written and spoken German skills (at least C1), with a friendly and professional demeanor.
